Investment Size: USD 10M to USD 50M (per round)
Instrument: Debt Financing, Equity and equity-like financial instruments, including interests, options, warrants, convertible loans etc.
Stake: Generally below 50% stake in partnership with strong strategic investors driving the value of the project.
Duration: 3-5 years, longer term is considered on case-basis.
Value Creation: Access to international markets (proprietary network), Listing on international stock exchange (IPO), Trade sale or conversion of holdings to liquid equity investment.
Balanced Investment Approach: We aim to manage risk and maximize returns by diversifying investments across different asset classes, like stocks and bonds, to achieve a balance between capital preservation and growth.
